Loved the larger-than-expected cottage with tasteful decor and cozy comfort. Well-equipped kitchen and powerful on-suite shower. Great-sized garden for the kids and friendly village atmosphere. Nearby dog-friendly walks were a highlight.
Felt like our own home, no complaints.

The location of this accommodation offers a charming village feel, with friendly locals and plenty of pubs nearby. It is also conveniently situated for easy access to central London via a high, speed train service to St Pancreas. the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms was a hit with the kids, and there is a lovely garden to enjoy. the kitchen is well, equipped and the on, suite shower has good water pressure.
The cottage is situated next to a small road, so there is some road noise in the morning when the windows need to be open.

We had a fantastic stay at Wisteria Cottage in the adorable village of Cobham. The value for money was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast delights with a wider selection would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

This place is mind-blowing! It's located in the cutest village and offers an authentic experience in a calm area. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary facilities, including free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a cozy fireplace. Plus, there's a convenient off-site car park just a minute away. The beds are super comfortable, and the use of a code for the main door adds a modern touch. The owner, Jon, is always available for assistance over the phone. The location is perfect, surrounded by three pubs, including our favorite, The Leather Bottle. The community shop, charming church, and beautiful nature make it even better. The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious yet retains its cozy feel. It's tastefully decorated, and the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. The en-suite shower is nice and powerful, and the nearby walks are perfect for dogs. The friendliness of the village locals made us feel instantly welcome. We loved it so much that we've already booked our next visit for our grandchildren. The whole experience was simply jaw-dropping!

Our stay at Wisteria Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of modern and traditional elements. The cleanliness was exceptional and the comfort level was top-notch. We especially appreciated the enclosed garden, which allowed us to relax without worrying about our dog. The nearby Ashenbank woods provided a fantastic opportunity for scenic walks with our furry friend. we highly recommend this charming cottage for a cozy and enjoyable stay.
While the cottage was generally comfortable, there were a few minor downsides. We experienced some road noise in the mornings due to the proximity of the small road next to the cottage.

Stayed at a cottage with a garden, free WiFi, and even shared facilities. Managed to survive the nearby hiking trails. Wow, the nearest airport was only 29 km away! They really thought of everything, from the oven to the CD player. So convenient!
Oh, and let's not forget the un-ironed bed linen. Slept like royalty on wrinkly pillowcases.
